Review Process

ASJ applies a double-blind peer-review process. This means that the identities of both authors and reviewers are kept confidential during the review process to support fair, objective, and unbiased evaluation.

All submitted manuscripts are first screened by the editorial office to ensure that they comply with the journal’s scope, formatting requirements, similarity policy, and ethical standards. Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are sent to qualified reviewers with relevant expertise in the subject area.

Reviewers evaluate manuscripts according to originality, scientific quality, methodological soundness, clarity of presentation, validity of results, and relevance to the journal’s scope.

Based on the reviewers’ comments and editorial assessment, the editorial decision may be one of the following:

  • Accept.
  • Minor revision.
  • Major revision.
  • Resubmission after substantial improvement.
  • Reject.

When revisions are requested, authors must submit a revised manuscript together with a detailed response to reviewers’ and editors’ comments. Revised manuscripts may be sent back to the original reviewers or assessed by the editorial board, depending on the nature of the revisions.

The final decision on publication is made by the Editor-in-Chief or the assigned editor, based on the scientific merit of the manuscript, reviewers’ recommendations, ethical compliance, and the journal’s editorial standards.

Final Submission After Acceptance

After acceptance, authors may be asked to submit the final editable version of the manuscript, high-quality figures, and any required publication forms.

Where publication fees apply, payment procedures must follow the journal’s official Publication Fees Policy. Any required payment form or receipt should be submitted only according to the official instructions issued by the journal.

Authorship Statement

All authors must approve the submitted version of the manuscript and agree to its submission to ASJ. The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that all eligible authors are included and that no inappropriate authors are listed.
