Submission Preparation Checklist
All submissions must meet the following requirements.
- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
- Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
- The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

The Academic Science Journal (ASJ) is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of all users of the journal website, including authors, reviewers, editors, readers, and registered users.
The names, e-mail addresses, affiliations, and any other personal information entered into this journal website will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of the journal. These purposes may include manuscript submission, peer review, editorial processing, publication, correspondence, indexing, archiving, and journal-related communication.

Information related to manuscript submission and peer review will be treated as confidential. Reviewer identities, author information, editorial correspondence, and unpublished manuscript materials will be handled according to the journal’s peer-review and publication ethics policies.
The journal may use personal information when necessary for editorial, ethical, technical, legal, or publication-related purposes, including investigating publication ethics concerns or maintaining the integrity of the scholarly record.
ASJ takes reasonable measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or loss. Users are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide to the journal is accurate and up to date.
