Puplication Charges

The Academic Science Journal (ASJ) is a fully open-access journal. Published articles are freely available to readers immediately upon publication without subscription or access charges.

The journal’s publication activities are supported mainly by Article Processing Charges (APCs). The College of Science, University of Diyala, Iraq, as the publisher of ASJ, provides institutional support, including the journal office and related facilities.

Article Processing Charge (APC)

As an open-access journal, ASJ requires an Article Processing Charge (APC) for accepted manuscripts.

The Article Processing Charge is:

150,000 IQD

There are no submission fees. Authors are not required to pay any fee at the time of manuscript submission.

No Additional Charges

ASJ does not charge additional fees for:

Manuscript submission.
Peer review.
Page numbers.
Color figures.
Tables or supplementary materials, where applicable.

The APC is requested only after the manuscript has been accepted for publication.

Waiver Policy

ASJ does not currently offer an APC waiver policy.

Refund Policy

The Article Processing Charge is non-refundable after payment if the author withdraws the accepted manuscript or fails to complete the publication process after acceptance.

Refund requests may be considered only in exceptional cases where the payment was made by mistake or where publication cannot proceed due to an error attributable to the journal.
