The aim of this study is to enhance our comprehension of the efficiency of dye removal when subjected to sunlight and various optical spectra, as well as to assess the elimination of microorganisms by filters coated with Nano silver that are employed in water purification. A specific quantity of Nano silver, along with other prepared forms of Nano silver, was introduced into the laboratory setting for investigation. The tautog-catalyst analysis provided insights into the color spectrum of the dye employed, as well as its removal efficacy. Previous research has indicated that silver exhibits limited removal effectiveness, but sample 1 demonstrated notable efficiency while sample 3, once prepared, also exhibited strong removal performance. In terms of bacterial removal efficiency, the enumeration of bacteria was conducted using the membrane filtration technique. The findings indicate that the nanoparticles are stabilized in the water. These two strains were cultured on nutrient agar medium to examine the impact of the prepared nanomaterials on them. The diffusion well method was employed to investigate the influence of silver nanoparticles, prepared at concentrations of [30, 20, 10, 0.0] μg/ml, on the growth of Gram-negative E. coli [25922 E. coli] and Gram-negative E. coli [25923 E. coli], as well as Staphylococcus aureus [25923 ATCC aureus]. Furthermore, the impact of silver nanoparticles loaded on filter papers with varying manufacturing specifications on E. coli ATCC 25922 was studied and illustrated in terms of percentage inhibition. This strain of bacteria, E. coli ATCC 25922, was the subject of investigation due to its prevalence in water as a result of fecal contamination. The presence of this strain may indicate the presence of other contaminants. The study focused on examining this particular strain on filters. Nano-silver nanoparticles and zeta-potential have demonstrated robust stability.
